Greeva Basti (ग्रीवा बस्ति) is a specialized Panchakarma protocol designed for the cervical and upper thoracic spinal area. A specialized organic herbal dough dam is sealed on the back of the neck, creating an oil reservoir where warm medicated decoctions are retained for 35 to 45 minutes.
